This is also one of the wettest areas in Vietnam with annual average rainfall of about 8,000 mm, what creates the world of the abundant biological diversity in Bach Ma Park with 2,147 plant species and 1,493 animal species. Moreover, 27 plant species and 66 animal species listed in the Vietnam Red Book. 

Today you can still find many interesting plants and animals; the Park is a habitat for precious species which are at risk of extinction. Bach Ma National Park on its own is reason enough to visit Hue and Bach Ma park.
